Terms of Service for Vera Support LLC

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding contract between you and Vera Support LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Vera.Support website (the “Website”) and the cloud-based services accessible from our domains (collectively, the “Services”).
By registering for an account or using our Services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
2. Your Account
2.1. Eligibility: Your account must be registered by a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services.
2.2. Registration Information: You must provide a valid email address and any other information required during the registration process. You are responsible for ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date.
2.3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
2.4. Acceptable Use: You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to:
- Distributing malicious software (viruses, worms, etc.).
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Transmitting any content that is obscene, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or hateful.
- Impersonating another person or entity.
3. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
3.1. Subscription Fees: A valid credit or debit card is required for a subscription to our Services. The Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis (“Subscription Period”) in accordance with our pricing schedule. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, which are your responsibility.
3.2. AI Credits: Certain features, such as the AI chatbot, may require the purchase of “AI Credits.” These credits are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. By enabling features that use credits, you agree to pay the fees indicated. You can purchase credits and enable “Auto-recharge” from your account’s billing section.
3.3. Authorization: By providing your payment information, you authorize us to automatically charge you for your chosen subscription plan and any credit recharges you have enabled.
3.4. Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused AI credits. You are responsible for canceling your subscription in a timely manner if you do not wish to be billed for the next Subscription Period.
4. Termination
4.1. Termination by You: You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the “Billing” or “Membership” section of your account panel. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current Subscription Period. You will not be charged again after that date.
4.2. Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, particularly if you breach these Terms. Such termination will result in the deactivation of your account and the forfeiture of all content in your account.
5. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
5.1. Our Intellectual Property: The Vera.Support software, website, and all visual design elements are the exclusive property of Vera Support LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not duplicate, copy, sell, or reuse any portion of the code or visual design elements without our express written permission.
5.2. Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the data, conversations, and content you and your end-users create while using the Services (“Your Content”). We will not access or use Your Content for any purpose other than to provide the Services to you.
6. Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that Vera Support LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.
Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
